Jim Salzwedel is responsible for all sales activities, departments and personnel involved in Sales and Marketing for the company. He provides leadership for the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company's strategic goals.

Chief Financial Officer

Steve Premo has been Chief Financial Officer since 2008. In this role, he manages all financial activity and purchasing, oversees the company's financial reporting, maintains its banking relationships, and oversees budgeting and planning.

Kevin VandeGuchte

Director of Business Development

Kevin VandeGuchte manages new client relationships, geographic expansion initiatives, product selection and new technology evaluation, in addition to sales and marketing responsibilities. A Midstate employee since 2001 his experience includes system operations and management, service, manufacturing and sales. Previous tenure includes channel account management for two of the largest security technology manufacturers in the industry.

Kevin is a member of American Society of Industrial Security and currently holds several certifications with Cisco systems.
